Somaly Mam Foundation is proud to highlight a new children’s authored by leaders of Voices for Change. When Honey the Tiger Flew is the playful tale of a young tiger in Cambodia who through ingenuity and determination, comes to his mother’s rescue. The book is based on stories written by eleven members of Voices For Change during a creative writing workshop last year with Dot-to-Dot Children’s Books, a nonprofit organization.

Dot-to-Dot’s creative writing team selected favorite elements written during the workshop and combined them into a single story, making When Honey the Tiger Flew an expression of the collective creativity of the Voices For Change.

When Honey the Tiger Flew is a fun and creative new way to give survivors of human trafficking a unique voice in the world. This project creates an opportunity to extend the conversation about modern day slavery to a younger audience in an age-appropriate manner. Please join us in giving a global voice to these eleven Voices For Change leaders and spreading the word about the Somaly Mam Foundation by sharing When Honey the Tiger Flew with children in your life and recommending it to your friends and communities.

20% of sales of When Honey the Tiger Flew will automatically be donated to the Somaly Mam Foundation and an additional 20% of sales will be donated if you enter promo code SMF at the time of purchase. An additional 10% of sales will be donated to the Wildlife Conservation Society.
