Alliance Anti Trafic

Alliance Anti Trafic was created in 2007 to combat sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking of women and girls in Southeast Asia. AAT was formed to take over projects from AFESIP Vietnam and AFESIP Thailand, organizations which no longer exist independently. Since, AAT has developed a wide network in fifteen countries, working with Ministries of Policy and embassies of different countries to develop mechanisms in the repatriation of survivors of trafficking.

AAT's programs focus on rehabilitation, reintegration, and prevention for people at risk and victims of trafficking in Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos. Each year, the Somaly Mam Foundation gives general funding grants to AAT in support of its important work.
