This year, the Foundation was a part of the Global Citizen Festival, a campaign to end extreme poverty in a generation.
Poverty is inherently tied to human trafficking, as it creates situations with lack of access to basic rights and opportunties and leaves people vulnerable to exploitation, coercion, and abuse.
