The foundation aims to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate victims in Cambodia. Part of the rehabilitation process at the shelters includes the learning of skills such as sewing. In this class, the first accomplishment is learning how to make a bracelet. The girls make these bracelets to sell in places such as the United States. They are called akun bracelets, which is the Cambodian word for "thank you." The bracelets give a more personal touch and connection to donors.
